Shipping Policy

Our current turnaround time is:

  • DTF Transfers 3-5 business days

  • Graphic Tees 5-7 business days

  • Custom Apparel 7-10 business days

  • Blanks and Supplies 1-3 business days

Turnaround times do not include weekends and holidays.

Orders will be shipped within turnaround time above business days of placing, unless specified otherwise. Your order will not start processing until the following business day.  Business days are Monday-Friday and do not include holidays or weekends.

All products are MADE TO ORDER, meaning they are not stocked and ready to ship. If you need faster shipping, please email us PRIOR to placing your order and we will arrange a special listing to reflect the additional shipping charges.

Shipping will be by USPS First Class or Priority Mail, which takes 3-5 days on average.  You will receive a tracking number once shipped.

We can only guarantee our production time, not the time the Post Office takes to get an item to you. Once we drop your package off, we cannot make any absolute guarantees on ship times and we always advise tracking your package to make sure it is delivered safely.

Please carefully review your shipping address before placing an order. We are not responsible for packages not received if the wrong address is provided or for requests for address changes once an order has been placed. If the item is returned to us, you will be responsible for shipping charges to resend it.

If your package is lost or stolen please contact your local carrier immediately! We see the same tracking information you do so your best bet is to follow up with your local delivery person as soon as possible for the most accurate answer.

We are not responsible for these rare situations but please message us with any concerns. We again recommend tracking your package if delivery is time-sensitive or you would feel most comfortable if someone was home to personally receive it! 

Please note, Ambitious Creations, LLC is not responsible for shipping time, lost or damaged packages, once accepted by the shipping carrier. 

Local pickup is available to all customers in the Jefferson City, Missouri area. Upon completion of your order, an email will be sent containing the physical address for pick up. If local pickup is selected at check out, you will be responsible for picking up the order. We do not offer meetups or deliveries. 

We currently do not ship outside the U.S.

Refunds, Return and Exchange Policy

Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your order.

Due to the nature of the products being sold, all sales are final. Returns and/or exchanged are not accepted unless an item is received defective. 

Please read all information in the listing description so you fully understand the size and details of the product being purchased. Apparel items will NOT be refunded if the size ordered is incorrect. 

In the rare occasion of a defective item please contact us at within 3 business days of receipt of defective item. Ambitious Creations, LLC reserves the right to determine whether or not an item is defective and whether or not a refund or exchange will be issued. You will be required to provide proof of defectiveness. This may include but not limited to, a description of the defective item, photos of the item, etc. No exchange or store credit will be given after 3 business days. If your order is customized (names,monograms,numbers, etc.)you will receive a proof via email. It is your responsibility to double check for spelling euros or incorrect information.  Once proof is approved, Ambitious Creations, LLC is not responsible for spelling errors or incorrect information. Please note that custom orders are non-refundable.

Shipping cost on all orders is non-refundable. In the event of a refund or store credit on the item, the shipping cost will be deducted from the total amount paid.

In the event your item is damaged while in transit by USPS, Ambitious Creations, LLC will not be held responsible. The customer will be responsible for filing a claim with USPS should the package arrive damaged. USPS will require order value, photos of damage and photos of packaging to be included in the claim.

Cancellation Policy

We are a print on demand company and all products are made to order. 

If you need to cancel an order, and the order has not started production, you will be issued store credit.  If your order has started production, we will not issue any refund or store credits.
