SHIPPING POLICY


Processing does not include shipping time. If an order is received after 2pm, processing begins the next business day.  Orders will ship within the specified business days after order placement, unless otherwise stated. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

 

All products are MADE TO ORDER, meaning they are not readily available for shipping. For expedited shipping, please contact us BEFORE placing your order, and we will create a custom listing with additional shipping charges.

 

Shipping is through USPS First Class or Priority Mail, averaging 3-5 days. You will receive a tracking number upon shipment.

 

We guarantee our production time, but not the shipping duration by the Post Office. Once your package is sent, we cannot ensure exact delivery times, so we recommend tracking your package for safe delivery.

 

Please verify your shipping address before ordering. We are not liable for undelivered packages due to incorrect addresses or address change requests post-order. Reshipping fees apply if the item is returned to us.

 

In case of a lost or stolen package, contact your local carrier promptly. For time-sensitive deliveries, track your package or arrange for someone to receive it.

We are not responsible for shipping times, lost or damaged packages after acceptance by the shipping carrier.

 

We are not responsible for items damaged during transit by USPS. Customers must file a claim with USPS with the necessary details.

 

Local pickup is an option for customers in Jefferson City, Missouri. After ordering, you will receive an email with the pickup address. If selecting local pickup at checkout, you are responsible for collecting the order.  

 

We currently do not ship outside of the US.

 


RETURN, REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY


Our aim is to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, please note the following policies:

 

All sales are final due to the nature of the products sold, except in cases where an item is received defective. If you receive a defective item, contact us at admin@ambitiouscreationsllc.com within 3 business days of receiving. We reserve the right to determine if an item is defective and if a refund or exchange will be provided. Proof of defectiveness may be required.


Please carefully review the listing description to understand the product's size and details before making a purchase. Apparel items cannot be refunded for incorrect sizing.


Customized orders (e.g., names, monograms, numbers) will receive a proof via email. It is your responsibility to ensure the details are correct. We are not liable for spelling errors once the proof is approved.


For cancellations, store credit will be issued if the order has not started production. No refunds or credits will be provided once production has begun.Shipping costs are non-refundable, and in case of a refund, the shipping cost will be deducted.


We are not responsible for items damaged during transit by USPS. Customers must file a claim with USPS with the necessary details.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS


 

Once I place an order, how long will it take to receive it?

Our goal is to fulfill orders promptly. Our production times differ, and for transparency, you can access the latest turnaround time details at the bottom of each listing. Turnaround times exclude weekends and holidays.

 

Am I able to cancel my order?

As our printing process is final, orders cannot be canceled. Kindly review your transfer sizes, quantities, and colors carefully before finalizing your purchase. 

 

Oops, I forgot something, can I modify my order?

If you need to modify your order, please note that our production process is automated. Once your order is submitted, it promptly proceeds through the design center and enters the print production queue. Consequently, we are unable to make any changes to your order, including quantities or customization preferences. Kindly review your order carefully before finalizing it by clicking the submit order button.

 

Why do my colors differ slightly from my previous transfer batch?

At times, Ambitious Creations may switch inks for printers, which can lead to color variations. Due to technological advancements, colors may not always appear identical. To keep pace with printing technology, we recommend ordering a sufficient quantity in a single batch if precise color matching is a concern.

 

Why do the colors not match the mockup?

Colors will differ from a computer generated image. Mockups are a sample but the coloring will differ from what shows on a computer vs once actually printed. Computers and printers show colors in different RGB codes. As long as the transfer is printed in the same color code as the design, we will not redo or replace transfers.The colors in a computer-generated image may vary from the actual product. While mockups provide a preview, the printed colors might differ from what is displayed on a computer screen. Computers and printers interpret colors using distinct RGB codes. As long as the printed transfer matches the design's color code, there will be no need to redo or replace the transfers.

 

What printers/software do you use?

At Ambitious Creations, we utilize commercial-grade equipment, but we do not disclose proprietary information to our customers.

This releases all liability of Ambitious Creations, LLC, related to heat transfer material transfers.

For the best results, it is recommended that heat transfer materials be applied with a professional grade heat press.

Transfers applied with a home iron or easy press may not last as long as those applied with a traditional heat press.
Ambitious Creations assumes no liability for damage to apparel or blank goods, the transfer, or your heat press /iron during the process of you applying it.
Ambitious Creations offers no refunds, exchanges, or guarantees for customer applied heat transfer materials.
Ambitious Creations is not responsible for any errors made during the transfer application process. Please review all the instructions available before applying your transfers.
